Emma Wee - Theatre & Opera Designer Emma has recently designed CARMEN for Holland Park Opera, ROAD MOVIE for Queer Up North, THE ELIXIR OF LOVE for Blackheath Opera, MEDEA for Northern Broadsides, THE HOUNDING OF DAVID OLUWALE at West Yorkshire Playhouse, LOVE FOR THREE ORANGES for Scottish Opera/RSMAD, ABSENT FRIENDS at Watford Palace Theatre, THERESE RAQUIN at the Linbury Studio (ROH), THE MERRY WIDOW (Gent/Antwerp), DANMED AND DIVINE (ENO Studio at the Colliseum) and IRON for Contact Theatre - winner, Best Studio Production 2005 MEN awards. Recently she has designed DIE LUSTIGE WITWE directed by Lee Blakely for Vlaamse Opera, Ghent, SWAN BREAKS for Robert Hylton Urban Classicism, MOONWALKING IN CHINATOWN at Soho Theatre, HOW TO BEAT A GIANT at the Unicorn Theatre FRESH, a short film for Channel 4 and BEAST MARKET and NOT FOR ALL THE TEA IN CHINA for Chol Theatre.
